SALIX ALBA - WHITE WILLOW - a large, vigorous, moisture loving tree with a spreading crown which may reach heights in excess of 40 feet on favorable sites. It is native to Europe and central Asia.
Cultivar: Siberian or Silver Leaf White Willow - a selection having leaves with a dense silvery pubescence.
Cultivar: Golden Willow - Salix alba 'Vitellina' - a large spreading tree reaching 40 to 50 feet in height and spread on favorable sites. Young stems are bright yellow. Native to Europe and central Asia.
