QUERCUS MONGOLICA - MONGOLIAN OAK
- a medium sized, single to multi-stemmed Asian white oak reaching 25 to 35 feet in height. The shallowly lobed leaves remain on the plant through the winter and are pushed off in spring as new leaves emerge, good acorn producer for wildlife, tolerant of variable soil conditions. Native to northeast Asia. Our seed source has been hardy in climatic zones 3 & 4.
