PRUNUS FRUITICOSA - MONGOLIAN CHERRY
- a low to medium sized, spreading shrub which suckers under cultivation, it reaches a height of 4 to 6 feet. It is native to central and eastern Europe and east to Siberia. Fruit is a tart cherry suitable for wildlife.

Cultivar: 'Scarlet' Mongolian Cherry - This is a USDA, Bismarck, N.D. PMC selection with the original seedlot coming from the Morden, Manitoba Research Station.
