STOCK: We offer conservation grade tree and shrub seedlings. Stock size is normally 12-24" pending growth during season, for sale in the spring. Species such as black ash, Ohio buckeye, some oak species, and others may be smaller due to a slower growth rate. ORDERS: Orders are booked subject to crop growing conditions and with the understanding that orders shall be void should injury befall the stock from drought, flood, fire, frost, hail, other weather conditions, errors in count, insect and disease injury or any other causes beyond our control. TERMS: Lincoln-Oakes Nurseries credit terms are Net 30 days. A 1.5% interest charge (on the unpaid balance) will be added monthly to overdue accounts. By placing an order with Lincoln-Oakes Nurseries you agree to these credit terms. PACKING: All boxing, packaging, special handling, and shipments will be billed at our cost. CANCELLATIONS: We understand how our customers needs change as spring approaches, but because of our need to protect ourselves from harvesting or purchasing stock that will not be sold and the need to maintain an accurate inventory availability for sales, we ask that any cancellations to your order be made by March 1st. DELIVERY: Harvest and delivery by Lincoln-Oakes Nurseries truck where applicable, UPS or Postal Service will be subject to weather and other controlling conditions. Customers are welcome to pick up a portion or all of their order at customer cost when stock is available. WARRANTY: Because of the perishable nature of nursery stock, the effects of weather conditions and the need to follow accepted storage and transplanting practices, we cannot be responsible for the loss of stock after receipt and acceptance of the nursery stock. Lincoln-Oakes Nurseries total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the nursery stock. Credit can be allowed for proven unsatisfactory stock through mutual agreement of the purchaser and Lincoln-Oakes Nurseries. |
