Lincoln-Oakes Nurseries goal is to provide adapted quality plant materials for use in the Central and Northern United States for conservation, wildlife, and restoration plantings.

The Association is a non-profit agricultural corporation consisting of 60 North Dakota soil conservation districts. It is directed by a 10 member Board of Directors.
